I believe in the incomprehensible power of the human soul! We are each uniquely gifted and magnificent. Sometimes the complexities of life lead us to lose sight of our natural strength and brilliance. Therapy can help us remove the layers of pain and delusion that life may have imposed, allowing us to rediscover our natural power and splendor.
Therapy is a powerful tool to help us heal from the bumps, bruises and fractures of being fully human. Psychological healing is possible. We can reclaim and enhance our true self. Even a more extreme condition such as PTSD does not need to be a permanent state. We humans are resilient! Psychological trauma can be overcome and those very experiences that have previously tormented us can become some of the psychological ingredients utilized to form a stronger more developed self and a more fulfilling future.
I have had the pleasure of guiding many, many beautiful souls through the daunting path from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth. Just as we are designed to heal from physical trauma, so are we able to heal from psychological trauma, becoming an even more emotionally resilient, expanded and deepened soul than before the injury.
We are designed to grow and heal! Perpetual improvement is our destiny. That healing and growing journey can be yours too. Along with healing, therapy also involves a great deal of growth. For some individuals, growth is the primary motivation to engage in the therapeutic process. A therapeutic growth journey pays off exponentially, as we develop the ability to offer more to the world and enjoy a more fulfilling, joyful life. Let’s get you dreaming and achieving again!
Providing therapy has always felt like a life mission. It is an absolute joy to help people experience liberation from the emotional pain and misery they have been carrying for years or even decades. I have been providing therapy to remarkable individuals, couples and families since 1995. It’s an honor to work with such incredible clients, who have taught me innumerable and invaluable lessons over these 30 years.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced or are experiencing psychological trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I also frequently work with people wanting to overcome poor self-perception, self-defeating behaviors, manage ADHD, desiring to improve their relationships and improve their overall functioning or enhance an already good life.
I utilize a variety of modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy (TFCBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowenian Family Therapy, Neuro-linguistic Programing (NLP), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual, Play Therapy and Mindfulness among other models.
You can feel better! You are worth the time, effort and energy to feel better!
Let’s get you feeling better!!

Andria Beckham, ACMHC I have been working with kids and adults for over 20 years in the mental health field. While obtaining my undergrad, I worked as both a mentor and Recreation Therapy Aid at a treatment center for teenagers. After receiving my Bachelor’s in social work from Utah Valley University I worked with teenagers in foster care with disabilities and behavior challenges.
I then returned to school at Utah State University to earn my Master’s degree in professional School Counseling. I worked for 12 years in the public school system, in various Elementary Schools creating and overseeing their Counseling programs. I supported many students over the years who struggled with mental health issues, especially anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I got to teach social/emotional lessons to classes daily and ran small social skills groups for students with Autism and other behavioral and emotional challenges. I then got my ACMHC license through Rocky Mountain University and have enjoyed learning more about work with families and working with clients in the private practice setting.
I love getting to know my clients and building on their strengths, whatever they may be. I have a humanistic approach, and I have experience with Play, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapies. I work with various populations, including age 4 and up to adults of all ages, LGBTQIA+ population, and various faiths and backgrounds.
I enjoy the outdoors: hiking, camping, and paddleboarding. I have two daughters ages 9 and 15 and a dog named River. We take as many trips as possible together, usually to National Parks or somewhere to enjoy nature.

Hello! I’m Lexi, and I'm licensed as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. I enjoy helping my clients find healing from issues such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, emotional-regulation and self-perception difficulties, and perfectionism. I typically approach these issues through the modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. It is my belief that every individual possesses a powerful, innate capacity for growth, healing, and change, and I consider it a sacred honor to be a part of that process.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, dancing and listening to music, trying yummy food, building legos with my husband, and spending time at Disneyland! I thoroughly enjoy connecting with people and have a strong passion for walking alongside others on their journey towards greater happiness, healing, and fulfillment. You are not alone. Let’s do this together!

As a Pacific Islander of Samoan, German, and Chinese descent—born in Hawai‘i and raised in Samoa—my personal and professional journey has been profoundly shaped by the complexities of cultural identity and the challenges of learning and embracing my Samoan heritage. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the nuanced ways in which culture, identity, and lived experiences intersect, fueling my passion for supporting others as they navigate their own paths.
I earned my undergraduate degree in International Cultural Studies with an emphasis in Anthropology from BYU–Hawai‘i, where I had the privilege of engaging with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. This experience reinforced my commitment to fostering respect—not only for people as individuals but also for their cultures, traditions, and perspectives. It also broadened my worldview, strengthening my ability to approach human services with cultural humility and sensitivity.
My professional journey in human services began in residential care, where I worked with youth and adolescents in Hawai‘i struggling with alcohol and substance abuse. I later transitioned to the Utah State Hospital, where I supported individuals with diverse mental health challenges. Additionally, my work in residential care settings allowed me to assist youth facing behavioral difficulties at home and in school. These experiences provided invaluable insights into the complexities of mental health and the importance of creating safe, supportive environments for healing and growth.
Currently, I am pursuing a dual master’s degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling while serving as a school counselor at a small charter school in Salt Lake City. My academic and professional experiences continue to shape my commitment to mental health, advocacy, and culturally responsive care. Through my work, I strive to foster resilience, empowerment, and a sense of belonging for the individuals and communities I serve.
